How Clutter Collect works
When you place an order with Clutter Collect, instead of receiving a box full of stuff, you receive an empty Clutter Box. You then fill the Clutter Box with your unwanted items, and we come and collect it. It saves you precious time, with the added bonus of knowing that your awesome stuff is being redistributed into the community via our Partner Charities.
Once your empty Clutter Box has been delivered, simply tuck it away somewhere clean and dry - the garage or a storage cupboard works great! Spend the next few weeks decluttering your home at your own pace, filling your box with your unwanted, usable stuff. When your Clutter Box is full, close the lid, attach the supplied security clips, and don't give it another thought.
We'll send you a reminder when it's time to put your Clutter Box outside to be collected by our team.
Pretty cool, right? Here's a summary of how it works:
- You receive an empty Clutter Box at the beginning of the month.
- Over the month, you fill the Clutter Box with your unwanted items.
- On your pick-up date, leave your Clutter Box outside for collection.
- If you need to order another Clutter Box, that's totally fine. We'll swap your full Box for an empty one, so you can do it all again for another month.
