We are so thrilled to announce that we are now delivering 3 days a week. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we'll be loading up the van with Clutter Boxes and getting them to your home. Now, when you place your order, you'll be able to choose the day your Clutter Box will be delivered. 28 days later, we'll be back to pick up your full Clutter Box, and whisk all your unwanted items away to be sorted, sanitised and passed onto our Partner Charities.
When we started Clutter Collect in 2022, we wanted to build the service to be sustainable; nothing worse that brilliant, useful ideas failing due to burnout. We chose to initially deliver and collect our Clutter Boxes from decluttering households in Auckland one week of every month. Because our business model was completely new, there were plenty of moving parts that we wanted to perfect before expanding.
- We've taken our time to build beautiful relationships with our amazing network of Partner Charities, who help us redistribute all of the clutter we collect;
- We've spent A LOT of time tweaking our behind the scenes processes to ensure we can deliver on our promise of easy, feel-good decluttering;
- And we have built a small but mighty team who are passionate about seeing unwanted household clutter find its way into the hands of those who need and want it.
