At Clutter Collect, our brand promise is easy, feel-good decluttering. We're nailing the feel-good part of that with our amazing partner charities, and over the last few months we've been working hard to make this the easiest way to declutter in the world.
In your next Clutter Box, you'll see a customer card tucked inside - it includes your scheduled pick-up date, and on the back there's a short profile about one of our Partner Charities. There is also a sneaky discount to use for your next order - it's our way of saying thank you for your support and loyalty.
Feel free to pass the card onto a friend that's keen to try Clutter Collect, or simply leave it in your Clutter Box with your decluttered things, and we'll make sure it gets used again for someone else's order.
Another system upgrade we have added is email and SMS reminders. Every Clutter Box order lasts 28 days, and we understand that time passes in the blink of an eye. We now send SMS reminders 3 days before your scheduled pick-up, and a final reminder the day before. There has been a fair amount of trial and error to get the SMS reminders up and running, and we're so excited to finally have our system locked in to make it simple for our customers to keep track of their pick-up date, and reschedule if they haven't quite finished decluttering.
